Ingredients
- For koftas:

- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped

- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- 2 bay leaves

- 1 teaspoon chilli powder

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

- 1-11/2 cup curds

- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
