Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage, shredded fine
- 1 pimiento, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- Cooked dressing to moisten

Directions
- 1. Combine ingredients, chill for 2 hours.
- 2. Use 3 small chopped tomatoes instead of pimiento and green pepper; .Use Mustard French Dressing instead of cooked dressing.
- 3. Use 2 chopped tomatoes instead of pimiento; marinate cabbage, tomatoes and green pepper in French Dressing and chill.
- 4. Drain; mix with Mayonnaise; pack in small molds and chill again.
- 5. Un-mold; serve on romaine or lettuce.
