- 4 ounces cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped, or one 4 1/2 -ounce can shrimp, rinsed and drained

- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

- 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped

- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley

- 1/4 cup water

- 1/4 cup salad oil

- 1/4 cup vinegar

- 2 teaspoons paprika

- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt

- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
