Ingredients

  • 115 grams cooked ham
  • 2 slices (40 grams) toast
  • 300 ml béchamel sauce
  • 15 grams butter

Directions

  1. 1. Cut eight neat diamonds of ham for decoration.
  2. 2. Neatly dice remaining ham and bind with boiling béchamel.
  3. 3. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with cayenne.
  4. 4. Dress on round buttered toast. Place two diamonds of ham on each toast and serve.
