Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon oil

- 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds

- 1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds

- A large pinch of asafoetida

- 2 sprigs curry leaves

- 4 capsicums, chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon chilli powder

- 2 tablespoon gram flour

- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

- 1 cup curds (for the gravy curry)

- 1 teaspoon sugar

- Salt as per taste
