Ingredients
- 2 cups fine rice

- 4 large capsicums

- 2 large onions

- 6 tablespoon ghee

- 6-8 cashew nuts

- A few raisins

- A large pinch of saffron

- 1 tablespoon hot milk

- 2 cups fresh curds (not sour)

- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

- Salt to taste

- Seasoning:
- 2 bay leaves

- 4 cloves

- 2 1" piece cinnamon

- 4 small cardamoms

- 1/4 pepper corns

- Powdered masalas:
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 4 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
