- 2 cups grated carrots

- 2 green chillies, slit

- 2 sprigs curry leaves

- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 2 tablespoon roasted, powdered peanuts

- Juice of 1 lemon

- Seasoning:
- 4 tablespoon oil (sesame seed oil preferably)

- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

- 1 teaspoon chana dal

- 1 teaspoon urad dal

- Fry in teaspoon oil and powder roughly

- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

- 2 tablespoon coriander seeds

- 2 teaspoon chana dal

- 1 teaspoon urad dal

- A pinch of fenugreek seeds

- 1 -2 red chillies
