A recipe of pulav made of cauliflower and peas.
Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice

- 1 cup fresh whipped curds

- 2 tablespoons oil

- 1 bay leaf

- 1” piece cinnamon

- 2 cloves

- 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

- 1 cauliflower

- 1/4 cup shelled peas

- 3 big onions (cut lengthwise)

- 3 tomatoes

- Salt to taste

- 1 small bunch coriander leaves (grind separately)

- Grind together;

- 10 small onions

- 8 green chillies (fry both with little oil and grind to paste)
