Ingredients

- 2 onion (big)

- 1 cauliflower

- 6 green chillies

- 1/4 cup skimmed thick curd

- 2 tablespoons oil

- 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds, cumin seeds

- Salt as required

- Few curry leaves

- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

- 1/2 teaspoon mustard

- 1 small bunch coriander leaves

- 1 lemon

- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 pinch asafoetida
