Ingredients
- For the mixing:
- 1 big cauliflower (made into big flowerettes)

- 250 grams potatoes

- 2 red chillies

- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala

- 4 tablespoon oil

- 2 tablespoon ghee

- For wet grinding:
- 4 onion (peeled and sliced)

- 4 tomatoes (cut into quarters)

- 1 small gooseberry size tamarind

- 6 green chillies

- 1/2 inch piece ginger

- 1 bunch coriander leaves

- 3 cardamom

- 1/2 piece cinnamon

- 4 cloves

- 3 flake garlic (optional)

- Grind these to a fine paste

- Others ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups basumati rice (black cardamom)

- 2 bada elaichi (crushed)

- 3 bay leaves

- 1” piece cinnamon
