Ingredients
- 1 cup fine rice

- 1 cup shelled peas

- 1 medium cauliflower

- 2 green chillies, slit

- 1 cup coconut gratings

- 1/2" piece ginger, chopped

- 2 teaspoon roasted poppy seeds

- 2-3 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

- Salt to taste

- Seasoning:
- 2 tablespoon ghee

- A few raisins

- A few almonds

- 2 bay leaves

- 3 cloves

- 1" piece cinnamon

- 3-4 cardamoms

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper corns
