- 1 (big – cut finely) onion

- 1 teaspoon oil

- 1” piece ginger

- 1 green chilli

- 1 tablespoon wheat flour

- 1 1/2 cup skimmed milk (or) 2 tablespoons skimmed milk powder

- Salt, pepper powder to taste.
