A cocktail made of champagne for an wonderful romantic mood.
 

Ingredients

  • 6 small sugar cubes
  • 12 dashes of angostura bitters
  • 1 bottle of champagne, chilled

Directions

  1. 1. Put a sugar cube in the base of each champagne glass. Add two drops of bitters to each.
  2. 2. Top up with champagne but do not stir.
  3. 3. Add 15 ml/1 tablespoon brandy to each glass before adding the champagne.
