A hot and spicy Indian breakfast made with chickpeas.
Ingredients
- 1 cup kabuli chana, soaked overnight

- 1 onion, sliced

- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

- 2 green chillies, sliced

- Salt to taste

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

- 1/4 teaspoon amchur (dry mango powder)

- 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder

- 1 teaspoon chilly powder

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- Ghee (or butter)

- 1 pinch baking soda

- For the batura:
- 2 cups flour

- 1 cup curd

- Salt to taste

- 3/4 cups milk

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

- Oil for fryig
