  • 3 cup bread flour
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 1 tablespoon soft butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar, at room temperature
