  • 3/4 pound of cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup water

  1. 1. Put the cheese, mustard, paprika, salt, heavy cream, and water in a double-boiler. Bring the water in the lower portion just slightly to boil. Stir the mixture until melted. Set aside.
