  • 55 grams butter
  • 55 grams cheese
  • 115 grams refined flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • A pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • A few drops worcester sauce

Directions

  1. 1. Sieve flour with seasoning and salt.
  2. 2. Rub butter into the flour.
