- 1 small green or red sweet pepper, cut into rings

- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions (3)

- 1 cup bagel croutons or purchased croutons (optional)

- 3/4 cup creamy french dressing, buttermilk dressing, creamy italian dressing, oil-free herb dressing or other salad dressing
