Charmoula is a marinade used in Algerian, Moroccan and Tunisian cooking. It is usually used to flavor fish or seafood.
Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped coriander

- 1 cup finely chopped parsley

- 6 large cloves of garlic, finely crushed

- 1 tablespoon cumin powder

- 1 tablespoon coriander powder

- 1 level tablespoon black pepper

- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper

- 1/4 cup vinegar

- 1 cup olive oil
