1 tablespoon vineger
Salt to taste
A pinch of turmeric
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon each ginger
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon chili powder

3/4 lb. chicken, diced to cubes
For cooking:
4 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
4 green chilies, slit

  <preparation-steps>In a bowl combine the marinade ingredients and mix them well; add chicken. Marinate for at least 1 hour although for maximum flavor you can leave it in the refrigerator up to a whole day.

When you are ready to cook, heat the oil in a deep pan. Add the mustard seeds, chilies and curry leaves. Saut&#233; for 2 minutes.

Add the marinated chicken pieces and stir fry until fully cooked.
