This is a spicy, stir fried chicken dish that is popular in southern India as a bar snack. Pop a top and enjoy yourself - it sure beats pretzels.
Ingredients
- For the marinade:
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon vineger

- Salt to taste

- A pinch of turmeric

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1 tablespoon each ginger

- 1 tablespoon garlic paste

- 1 tablespoon chili powder

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

- 3/4 lb. chicken, diced to cubes

- For cooking:
- 4 tablespoon oil

- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds

- 4 green chilies, slit

- Handfull of green curry leaves, slit
