 3 Cinnamon sticks 
 2 Bay leaf 
 6-7 Pepper corns 
 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds 
 1 1/2 Tablespoon Coriander powder 
 1 1/2 Chili powder 
 1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder 
 1 Tablespoon Garam masala 
 Salt as per taste 
 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice 
 4 Cup water

  <preparation-steps>Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add Bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cumin and pepper corns. 

Add chopped Onions and fry till golden brown. Add ginger &amp; garlic paste, tomato and stir well until the tomatoes are cooked. 

Add soybeans and chicken and saute well. Add the Coriander powder, Chili powder, Turmeric powder, Garam masala and mix well. Add Rice and stir well for few minutes. 

Now add water salt and the lemon juice. Close the pressure cooker's lid and wait for one whistle. 

Then serve in a bowl and decorate with the coriander leaves. Goes well with raitha or pickle.</preparation-steps>
