Another variation of a Classic, in this recipe we use prosciutto and swiss cheese and top it all off with a rich mushroom and wine sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 slices swiss cheese (3 ounces total)

- 3 tablespoons margarine or butter

- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1 cup milk

- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
