Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons splenda (or sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. 1. In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt butter. Add heavy cream and cream cheese, whisk until smooth. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Add Splenda and adjust for taste. Increase the heat to medium and cook until its bubbling; stirring constantly, cook for about five more minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa and vanilla. Blend well.
  4. 4. Pour into a small buttered dish. Place in the refrigerator to set for three to four hours.
  5. 5. Cut into pieces.
