Directions

1. 1. In a sauce pan on low heat combine one cup heavy cream with the chocolate. When mixture is melted remove from heat. Add peanut butter and blend. Add sugar and blend. Mixture will look like it is not smooth.
2. 2. Here comes the trick. Take the mixture and put it in your food processor and blend (regular beaters might work if you do not have a food processor). When the mixture starts looking like it is smooth, add the pudding mix.
3. 3. When the mixture thickens start adding the leftover 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Add the pecans and lightly mix to incorporate them.
4. 4. Lightly spray a glass casserole dish with cooking spray and wipe out excess with paper towel. Pour the mixture in the dish and refrigerate.
