Classic Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are the perfect companion to any holiday meal and they're as easy as 1, 2, 3.
 

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or substitute)
  • Paprika for garnish

Directions

  1. 1. Slice the eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks; reserve the white egg halves.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl combine the yolks, mayonnaise, mustard and salt. Mix until creamy.
  3. 3. Spoon the mixture back into the hollows in the egg halves. Garnish with paprika.
