Crab Stuffing

This stuffing is great when used in shrimp or other seafood such as flounder or grouper. Remarkably tasteful, it's great when stuffed in mushrooms and a host of other items as well.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 cup cream sherry
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 8 ounces crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup fresh crab meat, cleaned and cooked

Directions

  1. 1. In a bowl, use a small wire whisk to mix all ingredients except crackers and crab.
  2. 2. Lightly toss in crackers and crab.
