This recipe uses cream cheese and cocoa to make a scrumptious chocolate fudge that is perfect as a rich dessert.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons splenda
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. 1. In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt butter. Add heavy cream and cream cheese, whisk until smooth. Add the Splenda and adjust for taste (add a little more if you need to).
  2. 2. Heat until bubbling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and stir in cocoa and vanilla, blend well.
  3. 3. Pour into a small buttered dish. Place in the refrigerator to set for three to four hours.
