Use this wonderful cream cheese fruit sauce as a topper for fresh fruit, as a finishing sauce for special recipes, as a dip or as a dessert sauce.
 

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or substitute)

Directions

  1. 1. Set the cream cheese out at room temperature about 10 or 15 minutes before you start making the sauce.
  2. 2. Combine the orange juice, lemon juice and sugar in a blender; pulse mix until fully combined.
  3. 3. Add the cream cheese a little at a time, pulse chopping periodically.
  4. 4. When fully blended, transfer to a covered container
  5. 5. Blender
  6. 6. Combine ingredients and beat. Serve hot. Consistency of thin yogurt
