Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 ounce bakers chocolate
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons cream

Directions

  1. 1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, add the chocolate and let it melt. Stirring steadily.
  2. 2. Add the cream cheese and melt with the chocolate. Stir in the sugar and vanilla; check for sweetness; if it is not sweet enough, add a tiny bit more sugar until it tastes right.
  3. 3. Take off the stove, stir in the cream. Pour into a small bowl or individual pie plate. Chill until solid.
