Absolutely terrific for salads, this creamy cucumber dressing is quick and easy to make.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash white pepper
  • 3/4 cup cucumber, grated and drained

Directions

  1. 1. Stir the lemon juice gradually into the sour cream; add the milk and stir.
  2. 2. Add the cayenne pepper, salt, white pepper and cucumber, stir to combine.
