Here's a super simple pumpkin cheesecake recipe. Use it for Thanksgiving or any other time of the year.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (or substitute)
  • 1/2 can pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. 1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until liquefied. Pour into a nine inch pie dish.
  2. 2. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes or until it tests done with a knife.
