Here's a full flavored soup based on roasted sweet bell peppers. You can use red, yellow, orange or any other color that is available.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds colored sweet bell peppers (about 5 or 6 peppers)

- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped

- 1 cup water

- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules (or 2 cubes)

- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder

- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed

- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram, crushed

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 3 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks

- 1 2/3 cups heavy cream
