- 400 grams small round potatoes

- For the wet masala grinding :
- 3 sliced onion

- Small gooseberry size tamarind (or)

- 2 teaspoon amchoor powder(dry mango powder)

- 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds

- 3 tomatoes

- 1 inch piece ginger

- 3 cardamom

- 1 inch piece cinnamon

- 3 cloves

- 2-3 flakes garlic

- For seasoning:
- 1 teaspoon oil

- 3/4 teaspoon cummin seeds
