A variation on soda bread, this Episcopalian banana bread is really better if left to sit overnight before eating, it's almost too moist to eat right away.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour

- 3 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 3/4 cup oatmeal

- 1/3 cup oil

- 2 eggs, well beaten

- 1/4 cup milk

- 2 cups mashed bananas
