This cauliflower stir fry recipe cooks up very nicely with the main veg absorbing the surrounding flavors. Goes well as a side dish to any meal in place of fried rice.
Ingredients
- Oil for stir frying

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 3 green onions, chopped

- 3 1/2 cups cauliflower (about 1/2 head), grated

- 2 or 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of garlic salt

- 3 eggs, beaten

- Cooked pork, chicken or shrimp (optional)
