Molded in a milk carton, this wonderful frozen pineapple citrus salad is sliced and served. Be sure to look up our recipe for fruit salad dressing and use that as a topper.
Ingredients
- 9 ounces sliced pineapple, drained (reserve syrup)

- 1/2 cup butter

- 2 tablespoons flour

- 2 tablespoons sugar

- Pinch salt

- 1 egg, slightly beaten

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 3/4 cup orange sections, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained, cut into quarters

- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

- 12 marshmallows, chopped (or use mini marshmallows)

- 2 cups whipped topping
