Although this recipe calls for frozen spinach, do not cook it, this spinach salad is meant to be served cold.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 3/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

Directions

  1. 1. Thaw and drain the spinach thoroughly. Make sure it is free of water.
  2. 2. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  3. 3. Top with your favorite dressing or serve with horseradish sauce.
