 1 big Onion 
 4 Chilies 
 3 tablespoon Lemon juice 
 1 tablespoon each Ginger &amp; Garlic Paste 
 1 tablespoon Coriander powder 
 1/2 tablespoon Cumin powder 
 1 tablespoon Pepper powder 
 11/2 tablespoon Chili powder 
 1 tablespoon Tamarind pulp 
 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric 
 1 cup Coconut milk 
 10-12 Curry leaves 
 Oil to fry 
 Salt as per taste</ingredients>

  <name>Goan-Prawn-Curry</name>

  <preparation-steps>Marination: Add sliced onion, slit green chilies, turmeric, pinch of salt and lemon juice on prawns. Mix well and refrigerate for an hour. 
 Take a deep pan, heat oil and add curry leaves. 
 Make a paste with the above mentioned powders. Add this to pan and saute well. 
 Add the marinated prawns, fry well for a minute. Now add the coconut milk and bring it to boil. 
 Add desired salt and tamarind pulp, stir well. Boil it again for couple of minutes. Make sure the prawns does not become hard. 
 Serve hot with rice.</preparation-steps>
