Ingredients

  • 2 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, small dice
  • 1 fresh jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. 1. Place the tomatoes in a medium bowl. Add cilantro, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, and garlic; mix well.
  2. 2. Add the avocado, mash and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

This is the best guacamole I've ever tasted. Just used the ingredients exactly as it says and you get the winner. Everyone at my family too loved this.

I would say this is the most authentic Guacamole Recipe I found. I personally like it more chunky and you can store it in refrigerator for later use.
