You can change the taste and texture of this recipe by varying the avocado mash's smoothness.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 1 fresh chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed (in blender)

Directions

  1. 1. Place the tomatoes in a medium bowl. Add coriander, onion, chopped chilli, lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic and mix well. Now add the avocado mash and mix thoroughly.
  2. 2. For best results, refrigerate for about 1 hour and serve.

This is the best guacamole I've ever tasted. Just used the ingredients exactly as it says and you get the winner. Everyone at my family too loved this.

I would say this is the most authentic Guacamole Recipe I found. I personally like it more chunky and you can store it in refrigerator for later use.
