Directions

1. 1. In a very large mixing bowl, combine the yeast with the warm water.
2. 2. After the yeast has dissolved, add the honey and oil; stir well.
3. 3. Combine the salt with the flour and add the seasoned flour, one cup at a time, mixing continuously.
4. 4. Take dough from bowl and knead on a floured surface for about five minutes. Roll the dough into a ball, return to bowl; cover with dish towel and let sit in a warm place for one hour to rise.
5. 5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
6. 6. Place the dough on a floured surface and roll into a 13 inch circle. Transfer to a greased 12 inch pizza pan and crimp one inch of the edge of the dough to make a rim.
7. 7. Bake the dough for 15 minutes.
8. 8. Remove the dough from the oven and raise the oven temperature to 375 degrees F.
9. 9. Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the crust, add the toppings of your choice and the cheese; cook for an additional 20 minutes (some ovens will vary).
