Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped

- 1/2 cup grated, drained and uncooked potatoes

- 2 pounds boiled potatoes or 5 cups rice, cooked and cooled

- Salt to taste

- 3/4 cup flour

- 2 eggs, slightly beaten

- 4 bouillon cubes

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- Warmed up leftover meat, diced
