Put a little kick in your honey mustard with this Jack Daniel's and horseradish recipe. Its kicked up more than just a notch.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dark vinegar
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup jack daniel's whiskey
  • 9 ounce bottle horseradish cream

Directions

  1. 1. Put honey, vinegar, sugar, eggs and flour into a blender for a few seconds at high speed until smooth. Transfer to a two quart saucepan.
  2. 2. Cook on medium high heat, whisking briskly to prevent it from sticking to bottom of pan. It will thicken just as it comes to a boil. Quickly add mustard and whiskey.
  3. 3. Continue to cook and stir briskly for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Remove from heat. Add the horseradish. Mix well. Cool completely. Bottle and cap tightly.
  5. 5. Keep refrigerated.
