These simple little jello blox have been around forever. Mix cubes of different flavors and top with whipped cream for a simple and easy dessert.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 envelopes knox unflavoured gelatine
  • 3 packages (3 ounces each) flavoured sugar free jell-o
  • 4 cups boiling water

Directions

  1. 1. Combine the unflavoured gelatin and jell-o. Add water and stir to dissolve.
  2. 2. Pour into large shallow pan (13 by 9 inches).
  3. 3. Chill till firm. Cut into squares.
