Bottle Gourd balls in tomato gravy
Ingredients
- For koftas:
- 2 cups grated lauki

- 2+2 tablespoon gram flour

- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

- 1/2 -1 teaspoon chilli powder

- Oil for frying

- Salt to taste

- For gravy

- 1/2 kg tomatoes

- 1 tablespoon ghee

- 2 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

- 1/2 teaspoon sugar, salt to taste

- 1/2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

- For koftas:
- Mince very fine

- 2 green chillies

- 1/2” piece ginger

- 3 cloves garlic

- A little coriander leaves

- A few mint leaves

- Grind to paste (for gravy)

- 1 medium onion
