Directions

1. 1. Note: If you like tart lemon flavor, try double lemon cookies. Measure two tablespoons lemon juice plus enough oil to equal 1/2 cup instead of just the 1/2 cup oil; then continue as directed.
2. 2. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet.
3. 3. Combine cake mix, oil and eggs in large bowl, stir with spoon until dough forms.
4. 4. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake for about 8 minutes or until set. Transfer from cookie sheet to wire rack and let cool completely.
5. 5. Spread canned frosting over the tops of the cookies.
