A variation on vinegar and oil, this lemon french dressing uses lemon juice as the acidic balance to olive oil and dry mustard takes the place of ketchup.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil or olive oil

- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- 1 tablespoon sugar (or honey)

- 1 teaspoon dry mustard

- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

- 2 cloves garlic, halved
