Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled rice

- 1 cup raw rice

- 1/2 cup urad dal

- 1/2 cup channa dal

- 1/2 cup toovar dal

- 1 teaspoon pepper powder

- 1 teaspoon cummin seeds

- 2 springs curry leaves

- 4 red chillies

- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida powder

- 2 green chillies

- 1/2 inch piece ginger, peeled, chopped

- Salt as required

- Oil for making adas
