- 1 cup whole wheat flour

- 1 packet active dry yeast

- 1/3 cup warmed water (105 to 115 degrees f)

- 1/2 cup orange juice

- 1/2 cup water

- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1 packet onion soup mix

- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 5 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

- Melted butter (or margarine)
