4 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
1 tomato, pureed
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 cup sugar
1 to 2 drops vanilla
Dried fruit and/or nuts (raisins, cashews, etc.) for garnish</ingredients>

  <preparation-steps>Cut the Papaya into small pieces.

Heat ghee in a pan, add the papaya pulps and fry till the smell vanishes.
 
Add pureed tomato. Cook it on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until water evaporates.

Add milk slowly and stir well until it evaporates.

Add cardamom and sugar. Stir well until the ghee comes out.

Note: Be careful to keep it from becoming paste.

Add the vanilla and garnish with dried fruit and/or nuts.</preparation-steps>
