Ingredients
- 1 packet bread (or) 3 (halved) buns

- 3 tablespoon butter

- 2 tablespoon oil

- 1 tablespoon cummin seeds(jeera)

- 1 tablespoon pav bhaji-masala powder

- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

- Vegetables used:
- 2 (boiled, pealed and mashed) potatoes

- 3 (scraped and chopped) carrots

- 15 (wash and cut into same size) beans

- 1/2 cup (shelled) fresh green peas

- 6 (finely chopped) onion

- 4 (cut’into pieces) tomatoes

- 2 (finely sliced) capsicum

- For wet grinding:
- 1 touch coriander leaves

- 6 green chillies

- 1 inch piece ginger

- For garnishing:
- 1/2 cup (chopped) coriander leaves

- 1/2 cup (finely chopped) onion
